Saska Kępa Serene Studio is located in one of the most beautiful districts of Warsaw – Saska Kępa. Saska Kępa stands out for its unique architecture, reminiscent of the atmosphere of resort towns in southern France. Low-rise buildings, numerous gardens, abundant green spaces, as well as trendy restaurants and bars are the hallmark of this Praga neighborhood. Its most popular area is Francuska Street, where you can find modernist villas, some of the best restaurants in Warsaw, and a charming pedestrian promenade. Saska Kępa offers its residents exceptional living conditions – close to the city center, surrounded by greenery, with excellent road infrastructure and a well-developed public transport network. Moreover, the apartment is located near the picturesque Vistula River, close to the National Stadium, Skaryszewski Park, and Kamionkowskie Błonia Elekcyjne. To the east, the neighborhood borders Gocław Lake and Balaton Park. The western part of Saska Kępa features a wide Vistula riverbank with wild beaches, swimming areas, and other recreational spots. The area is full of shops, cafes, restaurants, and service points. The location allows for easy commuting thanks to numerous bus and tram stops (Międzynarodowa, Saska, Stadion Narodowy), as well as a metro station (Stadion Narodowy) and a train station (Warszawa Stadion).

Saska Kępa Serene Studio is a very cozy and stylishly furnished apartment, featuring a living room with a sofa bed, a comfortable double bed, and a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a small balcony where guests can relax and enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Guests have access to various amenities, including cable TV, an iron, a hairdryer, a fridge with freezer, an electric stove, a microwave, a kettle, and kitchen utensils. Guests can use the shared outdoor parking, although parking spaces are not guaranteed.
