Tucked away just one row back from the seafront, Christmas House is a much loved holiday home, perfect for families or friends. With its relaxed, family-friendly feel, this lovely three-bedroom home offers everything you need for a comfortable coastal escape. The ground floor has two reception rooms, both with a wood burner making it cosy in the winter months. The house has a basement with a dining room which is ideal for gathering together with loved ones after a day of exploring, a well-equipped kitchen with doors to a courtyard garden. Upstairs across two floors, you will find three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished for a comfortable nightâs sleep. Children and dogs are warmly welcomed, making Christmas House the perfect choice for a family holiday by the sea. Please note, the stairs are steep, so care is needed with young children and older guests. A wonderful base to explore Dealâs independent shops, cafĂ©s, and long promenade, Christmas House offers comfort and charm in equal measure, a true home-from-home at the seaside.

Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside or outside the property at any time. Please no charging of vapes or e-scooters.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.
