Tucked away on quiet street, this delightful cottage is a welcoming retreat for up to four guests, perfectly placed for exploring the medieval market town of Sandwich. Thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind, the house offers generous living spaces, a modern finish throughout and a wonderfully private garden, ideal for couples, friends or small families looking for a relaxed escape. Step inside and find the inviting sitting room, complete with a comfortable sofa, armchair, soft lighting and an electric fire for cosy evenings in, as well as a large Smart TV for unwinding after a day out. The dining room connects the living space to the kitchen, creating an inviting space for shared meals, long conversations and board games around the table. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for holiday cooking and opens straight out to the garden, a peaceful, fully enclosed space with a lawn, garden furniture, BBQ and a garden shed, all securely fenced for dogs. Itâs the perfect spot to enjoy slow breakfasts in the sun. Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms: one with a king size bed and the other a comfortable twin, each with its own stylish ensuite bathroom with a large walk in shower. The layout is practical, offering privacy and convenience for every guest. From the doorstep, you are a gentle stroll from Sandwichâs historic centre. Wander its charming narrow streets, explore independent shops and cafĂ©s, or head to the quay for riverside walks along the Stour. Food lovers will enjoy the townâs excellent pubs, cafĂšs and restaurants, while golfers are perfectly placed for Royal St Georgeâs and Princeâs Golf Club, two championship courses just minutes away. For beach days, the wide, private beach of Sandwich Bay is a short drive or scenic cycle from the cottage or Deal is a short 10 minute drive by car. Welcoming one well behaved dog, this delightful cottage is a perfect base for discovering Sandwich and the surrounding coast and countryside.
