Bursting with lovingly preserved original features, a warming wood burner and a shared games room, thereâs something for every member of the family at this welcoming rural retreat.
Step through the arched doors into a stylish yet cosy home where rustic charm meets contemporary comfort. The spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner boasts a reclaimed parquet floor, exposed ceiling beams, and a roaring wood burner, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for unwinding after a day of exploring. There are two welcoming zip-and-link super-king-size bedrooms (can be made up as twins on request at time of booking). The ground-floor bedroom features its own en-suite, while the gallery-level bedroom upstairs has a vaulted ceiling, views across the canal and an en-suite bathroom with a gorgeous free-standing bathtub. Step outside into the shared farm courtyard, where you can sip your morning coffee at sunrise or enjoy a glass of wine at sunset on your private patio area. Animal lovers can visit the resident pigs and free-roaming hens. For a bit of fun, head to the shared games room for a friendly tournament. Thereâs also a shared laundry room and private parking for two cars, ensuring a stress-free stay in this countryside haven.
