This dreamy countryside retreat is set within 25 acres of lush farmland in the heart of Snowdonia National Park â just wonderful for lovers of fresh air and breathtaking views. Youâll be surrounded by woodlands and sheep, along with excellent walking, cycling and rock climbing opportunities. While it feels wonderfully secluded, youâre only a short drive from local attractions, including a charming pub (1 mile) and the historic market town of Dolgellau (2 miles). With room for five guests over three bedrooms, this gorgeous home is ideal for a family trip or holiday among friends.
With its elegant stone exterior, this detached home creates an impression right upon arrival. Inside, youâll be greeted by a welcoming open-plan space filled with character and comfort, with its timber ceiling beams and smooth wooden flooring. A wood burner, housed within a large inglenook fireplace keeps you all cosy in the evenings, while the modern kitchen has everything you need for cooking up a storm. Upstairs, the three beautifully designed bedrooms all have stunning views â what a way to start each day! Thereâs a king-sizer room with an en-suite shower room, plus a twin room and a single, all decked out with tasteful wooden furniture and carefully chosen linen. A family bathroom with a bath finishes off the upper layer. Outside, make the most of the fresh air in the enclosed garden, a peaceful haven where you can dine al fresco on the large paved patio and fire up the BBQ. The views from here are gorgeous, and there are footpaths leading into the wider grounds, inviting you to go exploring.
When itâs time to venture beyond the farm, youâll find shops, eateries and cultural events at nearby Dolgellau. For a day at the beach, head to Barmouth (9.5 miles) where you can sunbathe, paddleboard or explore the charming local shops and restaurants.
