Located in the village of West Farleigh close to Maidstone, the County town of Kent that offers plenty of relaxation and family entertainment, with a good array of independent shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs. The property is located in the heart of the Kent countryside offering, a great place to enjoy a variety of countryside walks, cycling and horse riding along the nearby River Medway, and just a short drive from the Kent Life Museum (6 miles). Nearby is Leeds Castle (8 miles) which hosts numerous events throughout the year including concerts, shows and exhibitions. Families will enjoy exploring the many castles, gardens and family attractions or a trip the nearby Kent coastline with its abundance of family friendly beaches.
Step inside this former goat shed which has been completely renovated (June 2024) and which offers light and airy accommodation. A warm welcome awaits as you enter the open plan lounge/ kitchen/diner where you will find a cosy lounge area with a sofa and two armchairs surrounding a Smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen offers everything you may need for whipping up delicious family meals which can be enjoyed at the dining table with seating for all. After a busy day exploring the local area retreat to one of the two super king-size bedrooms zip n link beds on offer, one of which has an en-suite shower room. Completing the property is a family bathroom.
Heading outside there is a fenced garden area with patio seating and a gas BBQ for enjoying outside entertaining. Please note the fenced garden area can be seen from the Piggery property.
The parking area available for guests is perfectly useable but under development.
