Merryweather: Sleeps 10 in 4 bedrooms plus a study with a double sofa bed, with beautiful views over fruit orchards.

Ground floor
Entrance lobby with boot room.
Kitchen with hand-crafted cabinetry, island and marble counter-tops, large range cooker, integrated microwave, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto De'Longhi coffee machine, American-style fridge freezer and wine fridge. Door leading out to the garden, and sliding double doors to the dining room.
Dining room with table and chairs seating 10, a walkway through to the sitting room, and bi-folding doors opening out to the patio area and garden.
Sitting room with wood burner, sofa and armchair seating, and smart TV, with double doors opening onto the garden room.
Garden room with sofa seating and gas wood burner, with views across the garden through large windows and French doors to a patio area.
Study with double sofa bed (Sleeps 2 - available upon prior request - £50 supplement) and desk.
Downstairs WC.
Games room (located in external outbuilding) with games table and infrared heaters.
External storage room with washing machine & tumble drier

First Floor
Master bedroom (Sleeps 2) with Super-King bed, single Z-bed (available upon prior request), and french doors leading onto a balcony with chairs overlooking the garden and orchards. Ensuite shower room, with large walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet.
Bedroom 2 (Sleeps 2) in King Size bed, dressing table, ensuite shower room with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.
Bedroom 3 (Sleeps 2) in King Size bed, dressing table.
Bedroom 4 (Sleeps 2) in Double bed, dressing table/desk.
Bathroom with walk-in shower, a washbasin and toilet.

Enclosed grounds.
Gated mature, lawn garden, patio area with dining table and chairs, and sofa seating, with views over the surrounding orchards.
Small unprotected pond on patio area, around a few metres from the back doors.
Driveway with parking for up to 6 cars
