This attractive house, set over two levels in a quiet residential development in Overstrand, is in the perfect location for families and couples seeking a restful seaside escape. It is an easy drive from the scenic highlights and attractions of the Norfolk countryside and coast. Overstrand is a beautiful location, and a half-mile walk away is the wide, sandy and family-friendly beach, along with cafes and pubs. Cromer is only 2.5 miles away, where you can stroll on the promenade or visit the famous pier. Head to Sheringham, 7 miles, and you can catch the North Norfolk Railway inland to the Georgian market town of Holt, where you can discover this beautiful town following the Owl Trail. Nature lovers will find Blakeney Point, with its scenic walks and seal colonies, a must-visit attraction, located less than 20 miles away.
This is an attractive coastal property, situated in one of the best locations of this popular seaside town.
