It is the ideal base for a relaxing family holiday or break away with a group of friends, within reach of lovely North Walsham, Cromer and Sheringham.

The beautiful flint and brick cottage stands off a quiet road surrounded by properties of a similar size and character. Light and bright, its interior is draped in tasteful soft furnishings spread about hard flooring on the ground level and carpets upstairs. The spacious lounge is perfect for quality family time after an indulgent meal prepared and served in the lovely kitchen/diner opposite. The conservatory offers a peaceful hideaway from all the hubbub, but for those parents plagued by messy children, a utility room nearby is ready and waiting to share the load. Upstairs, guests can get cleaned up in the family bathroom before a restful night’s sleep in either the en-suite king-size bedroom, the neighbouring double bedroom or the twin bedroom. The expansive garden is a place to play, eat and relax, and there’s also a small games room in the garage for those wanting to get competitive.

Trimingham lies just 200 metres from its eponymous beach, a vast stretch of dog-friendly shoreline built for long walks after a hearty meal. Mundesley (4 miles) is great for a wander around or a day at the beach, as are Cromer and Sheringham (5 miles). Farther inland, North Walsham (6.5 miles) offers a warm welcome and a true taste of North Norfolk’s culinary offering.
