Open the Georigan-style door and walk through the porch into the lounge with plush seating, an open fire, a Queen Anne leather armchair, cheerful contrasting yellows and blues plus a large sash window with drapes. Continue into the bar area which is decorated with the owner's signature clock wall and has a wine fridge and ice maker. The lower ground floor contains a large kitchen/diner with an ‘L’-shaped fitted unit with granite surface tops, a Nespresso coffee maker, a SMEG juicer plus a dining table with eight stylish chairs. Across the lower ground floor, first floor and second floor you can find a utility room, a family bathroom, super-king-size zip-and-link, a steampunk style king-size with an en-suite, a copper themed king-size with an en-suite and a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a sofa and an en-suite. There is a small enclosed decorative garden to the front.


During your stay in the heart of Whitby, you’ll be around 500 metres from the sandy Whitby Beach which stretches for 2.5 miles to Sandsend Beach. On your doorstep, you will have an array of eateries, cosy cafes and unique independent shops (within 0.5 miles). Cross the river to find the cobblestone Church Street and the 199 Steps which leads up to Whitby Abbey (0.5 miles).
