When the sea air calls, the golden sands of Skegness (15 miles) and the charming seaside spot of Chapel St Leonards (17 miles) promise classic days out at the coast, complete with ice cream and fish and chips if you fancy it. For something more adrenaline-fuelled, Fantasy Island Theme Park (16 miles) offers fun for all ages.
