Vause at Sea is just as the name suggests, a stunning very spacious seafront property with fabulous sea views, furnished and equipped to a very high standard with modern luxuries aplenty; underfloor heating throughout, Lutron lighting, Sonos sound system with individual and group room controls, Spotify music account, electronic day and night blinds, a cinema room with 75" screen and full surround sound - just to name a few! This really is a house of the modern age with every comfort thought of. All the bathrooms are beautifully appointed and have unusual Nuance bushboard panelling. The house, sleeping 10, is furnished in a modern contemporary style with seaside accents set over 4 floors. This property offers versatile and luxurious accommodation for family and friends.


Out and About: The village of Kingsdown is close by with three pubs offering food, the most popular being The Zetland Arms located right on the beach. A butchers/deli can be found in the village, together with a post office. The popular seaside town of Deal with its castle, pier, beautiful old quarter and many independent shops and restaurants is a delightful walk or cycle along the coastal path, which is right outside the front door.

Showers and bath are supplied with softened water with a central water boost system. This high-end facility maintains water flow, comfort and provides the luxury experience with simultaneous shower usage.

Notes: Tandem bikes available for guests, please contact the owner before arrival to arrange access and refundable deposit. Second garage with automated remote control door for bike storage with access to the house. Travel cot and high chair. Stairgate will be fitted on request. Hair dryers are provided in all bedrooms.
