Stunning split level property in Saundersfoot village, just a 200 metres walk to the super sandy beach, assortment of shops and a working harbour. There is a lively atmosphere in the Summer months with events planned all year round, leading right up to the New Year, and the famous New Years Day Swim. This unique property has a large conservatory with modern bi fold doors, that open to provide a superior living space. Perfect for when you want to enjoy the gorgeous summer nights of Saundersfoot. An amazing property with views across Saundersfoot to the sea, with a hot tub on the decking and a small gym! Perfect for large families and groups looking to get away to a property that has it all.
Option to hire the Annex to sleep an extra 2 people and allow 14 guests as an additional extra. Please see pictures 40 through to 50 for pictures of the optional Annex. Please inform us at time of booking should you wish to use the Annex.
Lounge/Kitchen/Diner: Open plan living accommodation, 55 " smart TV with Netflix, large picture window, gas hob, electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave oven and dining table with chairs. Large American style Fridge-Freezer., Tassimo Coffee Machine.
Utility Room: Washing machine/condensed tumble drier, additional fridge.
Conservatory: Comfortable seating, with log burner, leads to large decked area.
Bedroom 1: Master super king double bed, with fitted wardrobes, Sauna in ensuite, & a balcony that is perfect for enjoying the evenings on. Smart TV.
Ensuite: Double shower cubicle, toilet and double wash basin, heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2: King size double bed, fitted wardrobes. Smart TV.
Ensuite: Double shower cubicle, toilet and double wash basin, heated towel rail.
