Sleeping four guests, the two-bedroom, single-storey retreat is situated on a working farm, 3 miles from Pickering and 5.5 miles from Malton. Ideal for those who love the great outdoors, it has picturesque walks from the doorstep. Also venture 12 miles to find yourselves within the breathtaking landscapes of the North York Moors or 8 miles to the Howardian Hills. Here you can also while away an afternoon visiting the spectacular stately home and parkland grounds of Castle Howard, 11.5 miles from your base. The younger members of your party will enjoy a trip to Flamingo Land, 2.5 miles away, or the seaside at Whitby, 24 miles away, or Scarborough, 20.5 miles. You can also choose to walk a section of the Cleveland Way along this scenic stretch of North Yorkshire coastline.
Wander inside this enticing cottage to find spacious, light accommodation for your party. At the heart of the stylish property is an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with bi-folding doors on two sides to maximise the incredible views. Relax in here on one of the two sofas to play a family game, watch the Smart TV or simply gaze out at your surroundings. Open up both sets of doors on warm days to bring the gorgeous outside in. The modern kitchen area, which features a central island and dining space, provides ample room for your food storage and also includes everything you are likely to require to help you cater for yourselves during your stay. Set the table here for holiday and celebratory meals then dine together in style. As night falls and you find yourselves ready to turn in for the night, head off to one of your two bedrooms, each of which enjoys the luxury of an en-suite shower room. One of the bedrooms has been arranged with a king-size bed, while the other has a super-king-size which features zip-and-link beds that can also be made up as two singles by prior arrangement.
