Just metres from the beach, this stunning house has got the wow factor! Itâs in an incredible position with amazing views from the balcony and deck and is perfect for a group of friends or family with beautiful living areas, three bedrooms and bathrooms, a large dog-friendly garden, and direct access to the beach.
The contemporary beach house is light throughout with high end features and fittings for a taste of luxurious living. Go up the external metal stairs to the first-and-second-floor house and into the spacious open-plan living area. Prepare great dinners on the granite worktops and electric Range cooker, enjoy them together at the dining table, then curl up and watch the Smart TV. The gorgeous king-size room, with an en-suite shower room, beautifully light double room and bathroom are on this floor. Relax and watch TV in the cosy sitting room on the second floor and enjoy the amazing views from the balcony. The twin bedroom is on this level with incredible views and an en-suite shower room. Watch the sunsets from the comfy seating on the large deck accessed via the French doors in the living space and second-floor balcony. Thereâs space to park cars and boats, a kennel and direct beach access, as well as a warm outside shower to rinse sand off.
Wander to the beach, walk along the promenade to Hunstanton, book paddleboarding, kitesurfing and kayaking lessons locally. Pop out to the bakery, pubs, shops, and pubs in the village and explore the beautiful countryside on foot or by bike. Burnham Market (12 miles) is lovely, with boutique shops, galleries, wine bars and eateries and Norfolk Lavender is just outside Heacham, where you can go on an aromatic tour, visit the animal gardens, and play park.
