Step inside the stylish kitchen with a kitchen island, a pop of bold colour plus glossy surface tops and modern appliances. After cooking a meal for your loved ones, gather around the table in the sunroom where you’ll find a dining table with seating for six plus a comfortable sofa and a TV in front of the doors which open up onto the garden. Continue into the snug and sink into the sofa by the wood burner-effect gas fire. Also on the ground floor is a utility room, family bathroom plus one king-size bedroom. Upstairs is another family bathroom plus two bedrooms – a king-size and a twin room. Outside is an enclosed garden with a lawn, patio and furniture.

During your stay in Reydon, you’ll have a convenient shop and a takeaway within 0.5 miles. Head into Southwold (1.5 miles) to discover a wide selection of independent eateries, cafes and historical landmarks – like the Southwold Lighthouse and Southwold Cannons. Go for a dip in the dog-friendly Covehithe Beach (4.5 miles) and explore the lagoons of Benacre National Nature Reserve (5 miles).
