This first floor flat with its own parking space is situated directly on the harbour front with a superb view of the harbour across to Porthminster Beach.

8 steps from Bethesda Hill up to Stable door entrance. Hallway to Bedroom with 4ft 6ins bed and spectacular view across the harbour. Bathroom with electric shower over the bath, wash basin, wc, mirror with light . Open plan Kitchen/Dining/Lounge areas. Kitchen area with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher, leading to Dining area, then into Lounge area with stunning views across the harbour to Porthminster Beach, TV, DVD player and 2 x 3ft cabinets housing pull down beds.


Changeover Day: Saturday.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Baby Equipment: None provided.

Beach: 0.1 ml. Shop: 0.1 ml.


NOTES: No smoking. No pets. Wi-Fi included. Mobile phone reception varies. Parking space located at the Railway Station Car Park (Length 15ft, Width 8ft 5ins approx). In accordance with The Workplace health, safety and welfare regulations 1992 window restrictors are in place to prevent the window opening too far, so that people are not likely to fall through or out of windows.
