In one of the most peaceful and unspoiled locations in Lefkada, in idyllic Afteli, lies a luxurious villa that combines contemporary architecture, unobstructed views of the Ionian Sea, and complete privacy. The villa can accommodate up to 14 people and consists of 4 spacious bedrooms in the main building, all with ensuite bathrooms, offering maximum privacy and comfort. Two of these bedrooms are fully adapted and accessible for people with disabilities, as are the main interior areas of the villa, ensuring comfortable and unobstructed access.
These two specific rooms have two single beds (0.90×2 m) that can either be joined together to form a large king-size bed (1.80×2 m) or separated into two independent king-size beds. They can also be configured as a quadruple room. They have an ensuite bathroom with shower and WC, specially designed for easy access.

Right next to the villa is a separate suite with a private ensuite bathroom and its own kitchenette, ideal for two people who want extra autonomy or a more private place to stay.

The interior spaces are open, bright, and designed with a modern minimalist style, while the large glass surfaces reveal the enchanting blue of the sea from every point of the house. The comfortable living-dining room connects directly to the outdoor area, creating an ideal environment for relaxation or gatherings.

Outside, the large 4×16-meter private pool offers panoramic views of the Ionian Sea and is particularly suitable for swimmers who want to enjoy daily exercise or long, leisurely laps. The well-tended gardens, comfortable sun loungers, and outdoor seating areas create an atmospheric setting, ideal from sunrise to sunset.
A relaxing outdoor jacuzzi for up to seven people further enhances the experience, offering the perfect spot to unwind while enjoying the panoramic sea views.
The villa is located a short distance from the crystal-clear waters of Afteli, with the wild beauty of the coastline lending a unique sense of private "escape."

Kindly be advised that the owner of the villa has done all necessary proactive disinfestation, always in line to the environmental laws for the protection of the natural life. However the property is located within the beautiful natural surroundings and contact with insects or small animals (eg stray cats, mice, reptiles, flies, mosquitoes, ants etc) cannot always be prevented.

Please note:
• A minimum stay charge applies depending on the season. Prices also vary according to the exact number of guests. To avoid any misunderstandings, kindly ensure that you select the correct number of people when making your booking.
• If the size or configuration of your group changes before arrival and differs from your original booking, additional charges may apply.
• An additional 15€/day environmental fee should be paid in cash directly to the owner upon arrival.
• Pets are considered, and if approved, a €150 fee per stay applies.
