Nestled in a tranquil location, Oakwood Lodge provides the perfect escape from day to day life and the ideal couples retreat.

Imagine the ultimate relaxation, in a luxurious hot tub overlooking the stunning lake setting…, or watching your favourite movies on the projector screen in a outside snug area with a log burner.

Entering the lodge, you will see it consists of a large open plan living, kitchen and dining space, a separate toilet and a master bedroom suite all recently renovated.

The kitchen area is well equipped for a guest to cook a basic meal, with all the electrical appliances you should need including a dishwasher, oven and hob, kettle, toaster and an air fryer and coffee machine. Following on from the kitchen is a dining table to comfortably seat 2 people. Offering the option to dine in, or dine out at one of the delicious local restaurants.

The living space provides a comfortable sofa and chair overlooking the large flat screen Tv.

Heading into the master bedroom, you will see a king size bed with a feature padded headboard, a contained walk in shower cubicle and a free standing bath.

The stunning outside area offers a outside swing over lookingthe peaceful lake setting , a patio area with a fire fit, overlooking the lake. With a small outdoor bistro dining set for 2, a comfortable L shaped rattan sofa and a luxury 4 seater hot tub with a built in bar space and stools.

The outside snug area provides a large projector screen where you can hook your phone up and watch all of your favourite shows in the comfort of a large sofa and log burner for the colder evenings...

The lodge park itself offers a peaceful and scenic setting to base your stay. The surrounding area offers a number of delicious restaurants, alongside being just a 15 minute drive away from York's Designer Shopping outlet and just a 25 minute drive away from the historic City of York.
The perfect find for a relaxing break away from reality, close enough to explore the surrounding area and cities, yet comfortable enough to hideaway from the world in your luxury retreat.

The best stay!☆

We have been to many lodges but this has got to be the best one we have stayed at, newly refurbished and my god you can sure tell… we loved every minute of our stay, inside was very cosy and had everything we needed. The hot tub was perfect and red hot for all of our weeks stay. We enjoyed watching and listening to the wildlife whilst sat on the swing in the day and at night. We wouldn’t hesitate on coming back to this lodge site.

Amazing!

Absolutely loved this lodge! Had the most chilled, relaxed and well rested stay. This place is something else, perfectly decorated throughout with such nice little touches. The hot tub and views were definitely the star of the show. We had such an incredible time! Thanks sooo much

An amazing place to stay

Had a wonderful time the lodge was gorgeous and very homely. I would recommend to anyone who wants a quiet week away. The hot tub was amazing and the bath with the LED lights was such a nice touch. The only small thing was that the toilet light was on a sensor and kept turning off while we were in there. But other than that a beautiful place to stay.

Absolutely Fabulous!

We have had the most perfect stay at Maple Lodge. It was just the stay we needed to relax before the christmas madness begins! The place was absolutely beautiful. The hot tub and cinema room were magnificent, I couldn't reccomend this place enough and will definitely be telling friends and family. Thank you for being so accomdating during our stay, we will be back!!

Such an amazing, relaxing and peaceful place to be. Super clean, well designed with a lovely layout. It's private and quiet. Super easy to get into York via park and ride. One of the greatest cities in the UK and such a privilege to explore. We will definitly be returning for a third time

Beautiful little getaway

I booked the lodge as a surprise for my partner before the Xmas rush and I must say it was perfect. The decor was stunning, best amenities we’ve ever had and a fantastic location to visit York. We frequently take luxury mini breaks in the UK and have stayed at some exceptional places but I can genuinely say this was by far the best. I’ve recommended it to all of my friends and family and we are already planning our return trip. Thank you to the entire team for the best break, the lodge far exceeded our expectations.

WOW

We stayed Wednesday to Friday at Maple Lodge na dhad the best couple of days away! We had prviously seen photographs of the lodge, which had been recently renovated but on arrival our expectations were exceeded. This palce is beautiful inside and out. The cinema room and hot tub really are a highlight and made our stay just that bit better. We felt super relaxed and talked about it all the way back home! We will definitely be back!!

Wow, Wow, Wow.

This lodge was absolutely amazing. Genuinely up there with the best lodge we have ever stayed in. They have thought of everything, the lodge itself is decorated really modern and luxurious. The bed was incredibly comfy and the big doors to the bedroom was a huge feature. The outside space is amazing! We spent most of our stay in the outdoor cinema room, the log burner made it useable even when it was freezing outside. The hot tub was very clean and just so relaxing, and the fire pit overlooking the lake was just lovely. Honestly it was faultless, so clean, staff were friendly on any communications. Cant wait to come back!

Maple lodge

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this lodge! From the moment we arrived, everything felt luxurious and thoughtfully designed. The highlight for us was definitely the private hot tub — perfectly clean, warm, and tucked in a peaceful spot that made it ideal for relaxing evenings under the stars. The cinema room was another huge bonus. With the big screen, comfy seating, and great sound system, i The lodge itself was spotless and beautifully decorated, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication completely effortless. If you’re looking for a place to unwind, celebrate a special occasion, or just treat yourself to a bit of luxury, this lodge is an incredible choice. We loved every minute and can’t wait to return!
