Siempre - Vue imprenable sur l'océan de Cabo San Lucas !!!

La vue imprenable sur le centre-ville de Cabo, le port de plaisance et l'étendue de la mer de Cortez de Seimpre sont à couper le souffle. Situé à 10-15 minutes à pied du centre-ville de Cabo San Lucas et tout ce qu'il a à offrir.

Condo Siempre dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour profiter du café sur la terrasse pour le lever du soleil, le petit déjeuner au bar, un déjeuner rapide après avoir pendu à la piscine, ou un dîner reposant assis. Il y a beaucoup de casseroles et poêles à cuisiner et de plats à servir et à manger. L'eau potable est disponible à partir d'un bec verseur de l'évier de la cuisine grâce à un système R / O qui utilise également la lumière ultraviolette pour tuer toutes les bactéries restantes. Le système R / O fournit également de l'eau propre à la machine à glaçons dans le grand réfrigérateur / congélateur.

Le salon a un canapé confortable et une chaise pour se détendre et regarder vos stations américaines préférées ou peut-être un film de Netflix sur l'écran de 55 ". La porte vitrée coulissante de taille murale donne sur le patio pouvant accueillir quatre personnes et offre une vue imprenable sur le centre-ville de Cabo, le port de plaisance et la mer de Cortez, ainsi que la piscine. Les levers de soleil du patio sont incroyables et montrent les couleurs les plus riches de rouge, orange et jaune.

Le patio s'étend à la chambre principale qui dispose d'un lit king-size, un walk-in et une salle de bains avec une douche à l'italienne carrelée. La chambre d'hôtes dispose d'un lit queen-size et d'un placard intégré. La deuxième salle de bains à côté de la chambre d'hôtes dispose également d'une grande douche carrelée.

Pour votre commodité, il y a une buanderie avec une laveuse et une sécheuse, un fer et une planche à repasser.

Gorgeous view and a perfect condo

The property manager was helpful and communicated before and during our stay. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, too. We will be back!

Wonderful condo

Condo was very clean and comfortable. It had all the cooking, cleaning and bathroom amenities/supplies one could ask for. The best we have had in any of our experiences so far. The Property Manager was a lovely man and very responsive. Pool was great. The hilled dirt road to the condo still exists which creates some dust. Climbed it 2 or 3 times a day. Meant we had to wear runners a lot.

Siempre paradise

This home is exceptional!! Really no reason to book your stay in Cabo anywhere else. The home has all the modern amenities you would expect, clean comfortable bedrooms fantastic bathrooms with great water pressure. The view is amazing, nice warm morning sun and sunshine around mid day. “We stayed in April” there’s a short 15 -20 min walk to downtown and excellent restaurants along the way. My wife and I have nothing but great things to say about the whole experience. You will also once you try it for yourself. Thanks again friends!

Had a great time

Just spent 10 days at Siempre. Property description was accurate. Communication was great. The local host Fernando was super responsive. We had him arrange our transportation.The property is on a hillside. We enjoyed walking to town daily. Would cut right or left going down depending on what part of town we wanted to go to. Found several local type restaurants on our trips. We always used Uber to come back. Was super easy and cost about 5 or 6 bucks. The property is in a sort of residential area. We always felt safe. We did experience some construction noise and barking dogs. Didn't really bother us as we expect it as they are building so much in Cabo. Property was very well equipped for cooking and has a great kitchen. Pool was nice. All the people living or staying in the complex were very friendly. Having laundry in the unit was a big bonus as we didn't have to pack so much. Overall staying at Siempre was wonderful. Would definitely stay again. Had a great time. Thank you to the hosts for sharing their space with us :)

Your survey is not working properly (The headings disappear above the ratings!). We loved the Condo, except for the non-heated pool. That was really disappointing and should have been made clear. The entire time we were there it was hardly ever used because it was far too cold.

Beautiful view; amazing pool; lots of space

My friend and I stayed here to get away for a few days and do some work by the pool. The condo looks exactly like the pictures, although I would say that it is actually bigger than I pictured. The beds are very comfortable and the bedrooms are very spacious. The balcony provides the perfect spot to catch the sunrise and watch the cruise ships come in. The kitchen is fantastic - perfectly stocked with many spices and staples, plus every knife, pot, and utensil a chef could want (even lime zesters and lots of storage containers). There is a corner store a few minutes away (walk down the hill) and on Wednesdays/Saturdays, there is a Farmer's Market, which is fantastic! It's about 1.5K to the grocery store, but we walked there and took a cab home. There are several very good restaurants within walking distance, but with the BBQ and kitchen, we ate most of our meals at the condo. I would not hesitate to recommend this spot and hope to return next year for another work retreat!

Nice condo experience

My friend and I enjoyed our time in this condo. The kitchen is REALLY well stocked, the beds and pillows are comfortable (with pillow options for your sleeping preferences), the view was awesome, and the hosts were nice. We also enjoyed having access to the pool that was rarely busy with other people—most of the time we had it all to ourselves. One thing I would advise to anyone wanting to stay here is to make sure you bring ear plugs. What brought my rating from 5 stars down to 4 were the noise issues. During the day, there is construction that happens across the street from 8am to 8pm. It is really loud, to the point where sometimes my friend and I had to repeat what we were trying to stay because the noise made it hard to understand. Ear plugs won’t be of help to you if you are up and about, obviously, but if you want to take a mid-day nap, they will be important. Otherwise, be sure you spend a good chunk of the day out and away from the construction so it does not bother you. If you want to plan a day where you stay in the condo all day, you will ONLY experience a nice time WITHOUT noise on Sunday. Every other day of the week, the construction will be a bother. Moreover, at night, there is a neighbor (who I believe to be a permanent resident) whose dog is allowed outside at night and barks throughout most of the night. There were too many times where I slept poorly because the dog kept me awake. So…ear plugs!!!!!! Make sure you have them!!!!!

Great Stay!

Great home in the Pedregal area of Cabo! The view of Cabo at night is BEAUTIFUL! The condo is very comfortable…We hated to leave, but we’ll definitely stay at this home again!!

The apartment was beautiful, we were really impressed. The space had everything we needed and was so clean. We were lost when we first got there, but Lee and Mary set us up witha gentleman Pepe to help us while wwe were there he was so kind and even came and met us to get us to our location. We would definitely book here again

Our stay at Siempre was great. We had a fabulous time in Cabo. Explored lots of places!

Property is walking distance to the Marina and most restaurants. Uber is very inexpensive. No need to rent car. Lots of hills overall great condominium!!

Location, location, location

This place has amazing views. The stay here confirmed how important a view is to my stay. The place is super clean and modern with high quality finishes. There are lots of good towels, soaps, pots and pans, and spices. I enjoyed David, the maintenance man. He does not speak English but I speak pretty good Spanish so we were able to communicate. He will do his best to help with anything you need. We walked to the marina many times from here as well as enjoyed many great restaurants and ice cream shops. We had a car but you could easily stay here without one. I would stay here again. I stayed for 3 weeks and didn't want to leave. Thanks for letting us use your home, Lee and Mary. We loved it.

First time visitors to Cabo

Property was very clean and well stocked, large bright and we loved the condo, with large balcony, exactly as described. What wasn't ever mentioned is that it is a very noisy area, a lot of construction going on, and many, many barking dogs at all times, the time on the balcony was often too much to take, and of course this is nothing that anyone is directly responsible for, however, it needs to be in the description for others like us that spend many afternoons and evenings at home. As I said Condo A+, area noise for us too much, we cut our 3 weeks to 2, due only to this.

Beautiful condo close to Cabo centro

This condo had everything you would want to have an excellent vacation - beach towels, hats, sunscreen, coffee, a pool, and a gorgeous view. One issue we did have is the walls are quite thin so if you happen to get a noisy neighbor you may need some earplugs. 15 minute walk into the center of Cabo makes it perfect - somewhat out of the craziness yet easy to walk to restaurants and the marina.

Perfect for our stay!

Everything about this place was great for our stay! From the concierge service.. to the cleanliness.. to the layout. It was nice to be off the beaten path, yet easy to get in and out of town via Uber or taxi! The view from the back patio is awesome! Thanks for providing such a wonderful space!

Good stay

The condo is very nice with great views. The road leading up to the complex is undeveloped, however, it is safe to drive and walk. We hung out at the pool a couple of times, water cold but ok with the warm weather. We would consider returning to Siempre.

Stunning

This condo is stunning! Everything you need for an amazing trip to Cabo is right here. The views from the patio at sunset are my favorite. Great for a getaway with your partner, your friends, or your family. The hosts have got it covered. The super hosts Arturo and Karen are also helpful if you’re looking for fun activities to do like ATV rides, boat tours, and whatever else you can think of. We had an excellent trip and can’t wait to visit Siempre again!

Hi There! Lee and I would like to take a few minutes to introduce ourselves. We are both originally from Michigan and Lee has been living in the Phoenix area since 1985. After spending nine years in the US Navy stationed around the world, he went back to Phoenix to raise his family. I have been in the Phoenix area since 2009. Prior to that I spent fifteen years in the Sacramento, CA area. We have five children between the two of us ranging in ages from 18 and 31. Lee and I travel frequently using VRBO rentals for our accommodations and we are dedicated to ensuring ours is inviting, relaxing and offers our guests the best amenities possible. Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We were drawn to Cabo San Lucas for the ‘community’ feel and the proximity of everything you could want within walking/biking distance. From the minute we walked into this Condo, which was still being built, we fell in love with it. We loved the spectacular view as soon as we walked in. It became clear to us that this is the perfect location for friends and families traveling together to spend their time enjoying Cabo and each other. Siempre means Always in Spanish and we felt this would be the perfect name for the Condo; Always Friends, Always Beautiful, Always Cabo! All year long the balcony is the perfect place to sit and relax, enjoy coffee in the morning, or a cold ‘cerveza’ or margarita in the afternoon and evenings! The location couldn’t be better either. You will be within walking distance to downtown Cabo San Lucas, where there is an abundance of day and night time activities. And did we mention the VIEW?
