Located in Gardens, at the foothills of the renowned Table Mountain,
this stylish, thoughtfully designed three-bedroom house comfortably
accommodates up to six guests.
The sleek, modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to
enjoy a comfortable self-catering stay, including a coffee machine for
added convenience. A kitchen island accompanied by four wooden
barstools creates an intimate sitting area for guests, with open
shelves ensuring everything is within easy reach. The property features
a scullery fitted with a washing machine and a tumble dryer for added
comfort.
From the kitchen, bi-fold doors open to the courtyard featuring a
dining set with a table and seating for six, a built-in braai, as well
as an outdoor sink. With direct access to the kitchen, this space is
designed with convenience in mind, ensuring easy indoor-outdoor living.
Adjacent to the kitchen, you will find the dining area furnished with a
stylish, glass dining table and comfy seats for six.
The lounge is an elegant yet inviting space with plush sofas, a sleek
glass coffee table, and an entertainment unit housing a flatscreen
television, providing guests with access to their favourite DStv
channels as well as Wi-Fi throughout the property. The space also has a
fireplace with a French wood stove for those colder evenings in Cape
Town.
The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size extra length bed and an
en-suite bathroom. The bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower, a
freestanding bathtub, his and her basins with vanities, and a large
bathroom cabinet. The second bedroom is fitted with a queen bed, while
the third bedroom features two single beds and a shared bathroom. The
second bathroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin with vanity, and
a toilet.
Gardens is known for the Companyâs Garden, which is South Africaâs
oldest garden with Table Mountain as its backdrop. Visitors can enjoy
an abundance of activities from strolling through Companyâs Garden,
exploring historic landmarks, and dining out at Cape Townâs best cafĂ©s
and trendy eateries.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the ownerâs/managementâs discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 25 Bellevue Street, Gardens, Cape Town, 8001.
