The house has a total of 6 bedrooms, five of which have an en-suite bathroom.
With the open-plan kitchen and its open-plan living/dining area, a work area and a separate utility area, the house offers a generous 570 mÂČ of space, 140 mÂČ of terrace and an approx. 2500 mÂČ of landscaped and very well-kept grounds with a garden in one of Cape Town's most prestigious estates, Ruyteplaats (ruyteplaats_ co _za ), the best conditions to feel entirely at home with up to ten people.
The house is equipped to a very high standard and is state of the art:
- 6-zone air conditioning with heat pump/heating function
- Underfloor heating
- Solar-heated infinity pool with automated solar slattered cover and heat pump. Water temperature 26-28 degrees
- Jacuzzi with heat pump, water temperature 36-40 degrees
- Miele kitchen appliances with two ovens, microwave, fully automatic electric coffee machine, fridge & freezer & separate wine fridge
- Two washing machines, two dryers, two dishwashers (the staff washes laundry)
- Extensive kitchen equipment with various small appliances, high-quality utensils & crockery & tasteful accessories
- Garage for four vehicles + courtyard (parking for another four cars)

The optimal orientation of the house guarantees sun all day long. Due to its successful architecture, which ideally utilises incomparable views, the house has been published many times in various architectural journals. Thanks to the butterfly roof with skylights, you can enjoy a marvellous view in every direction while enjoying complete privacy and security.
The beautiful, sheltered terrace area around the rim-flow pool invites you to linger and relax. On the rear terrace, a jacuzzi with a view of the greenery or the small tree house and a hammock in the shade of the garden will tempt you. On cooler evenings, the open fireplace in the living room makes for cosy and romantic hours. The scenery and the view are spectacular both during the day and in the evening and can be enjoyed from the upper floor.
The master bedroom and its en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bathtub overlook the pool with water's edge and the bay. A staircase half a floor down leads to two further bedrooms facing the garden, each with a terrace and views of the mountains and access to the garden. Both rooms have an en-suite bathroom.
The garage offers space for four vehicles and plenty of storage space, e.g. for sports equipment.
In the lower area, which is accessible via the house as well as via a separate entrance, there is a separate living unit with an open-plan living/dining area & open, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher & washing machine, two further bedrooms, a bathroom and a small terrace with mini pool. This area offers pleasant privacy and independence for another family, older children or friends, for example, when staying together.
A further room with a separate bathroom and its own terrace can be accessed from the side of the house.
A level and paved area in front of the house, as well as the estate itself, offer the best conditions for children to move around, play or ride bikes. Among other things, a tennis court, a children's playground and a small communal park are available for free use by the residents of the 34-hectare estate.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
Depuis des annĂ©es nous passons nos vacances dans la ville de Cabo. Au dĂ©but nous venions uniquement pour le kite surf mais avec les annĂ©es nous sommes un peu plus tombĂ©s amoureux du pays, des gens et de la qualitĂ© de vie. Ce sont des raisons suffisantes pour construire une maison dans ce que nous considĂ©rons ĂȘtre le plus bel endroit de la terre.
