The luxury apartment, which can comfortably accommodate four people, is approx 50 square meters and consists one bedroom with king size bed, living area, kitchen, bathroom with shower, closet, table and chairs and lovely terrace. It is situated on the first floor inside a modern villa with garden and swimming pool . It is equipped with air conditioning, heating, TV, Wifi, bed linens and towels, hair dryer, iron, ironing board,. The kitchen allows the preparation of meals and is fully equipped. The guests have access to swimming pool ( shared with other guests from the villa ). The pool area is equipped with comfortable sunbeds, tables, umbrellas, shower. Guests are provided with large pool towels and can of course park their car inside the property.
