Hermes 3 and Pigi Paradise are located in the Pigi region.

Pigi is a small, quiet village on the island of Crete, located about 10 km southeast of Rethymno. Its name means "Source," named after a natural spring that flowed here centuries ago. Today, the village sits in a beautiful area filled with olive groves and traditional charm. It is a perfect spot to experience local hospitality and history while being close to the island’s most famous sights.

The village center has a lovely square where you can find everything you need, including a bakery, butcher, pharmacy, and small grocery stores. There are also several local cafes and tavernas where you can enjoy a meal. If you enjoy history, you can visit the village’s old churches, some of which are hundreds of years old, or see the monument in the square dedicated to local heroes.

If you are looking for the sea, the beach at Pigianos Kampos is only 3 km away. This coastal area is home to many hotels and restaurants. For even more variety, the village of Platanes is just a 5-minute drive away and offers plenty of shops, bars, and even a disco club. Both Chania and Heraklion airports are about 80 km from the village, making it a convenient home base for your trip.

While there are bus stops very close to the property that can take you into Rethymno Town in about 15 minutes, we highly recommend renting a car for your stay. Having your own vehicle will make it much easier to explore the surrounding area and visit the many famous landmarks across Crete at your own pace.
