Welcome to your coastal getaway in beautiful Tynemouth, one of North Tynesideâs most charming seaside towns. This spacious 3-bedroom converted basement flat offers a comfortable and convenient stay for families, friends, or small groups looking to explore the coast.
Cosy Apartment, Great location near to Coast/River, Historic settings & Cafe's.
The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place.
Our flat comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests across three well-presented bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Double bed
Bedroom 2: Double bed
Bedroom 3: 1 small double
The flat has been thoughtfully designed to make the most of its lower-ground position, providing a cosy, quiet atmosphere perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring local shops and cafes.

While compact, the kitchenette is equipped with all the essentials for light cooking and snacks, including:
Microwave
Kettle & toaster
Small fridge
Basic utensils and crockery
Ideal for preparing breakfasts or simple meals before heading out to enjoy Tynemouthâs excellent restaurants and pubs.

The open-plan living area provides a comfortable space to unwind, with a dining table for group meals and a TV for cosy evenings in.

The bathroom contains a shower over the bath but due to restricted head height it is via use of a hand held shower only.
As guests you will enjoy access to the entire apartment. Please make it your home throughout your stay.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A ÂŁ30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleanerâs schedule.

Pass the KeysÂź provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned
linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
The local community-based team of Pass the KeysÂź personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the KeysÂźâs Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
