Welcome to our bright and airy, newly refurbished apartment, nestled in the charming village of Sunninghill, and only a short distance from the bustle of Ascot.
With two generously sized bedrooms (and two beautiful bathrooms), an open-plan living area, and fully equipped kitchen, finished to a high spec.
Whether you're visiting Ascot racecourse, playing golf at one of the world class local courses, or spending a long weekend sight seeing in Windsor - this apartment provides the perfect base.

- High quality bed linen, including towels is supplied
- Mid-stay cleaning and linen changes can be organised on request for an additional charge, and are required for stays longer than 14 days
Toiletries and Consumables
- We provide refillable bathroom toiletries (refilled by our cleaners on each changeover). This helps us reduce waste and minimise our impact on the environment. However, this only works if you donât âborrowâ them. Please leave them behind so other guests can enjoy them too.
- We also provide a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. If more is needed there are several supermarkets close by
Pets
- We are happy to accommodate well behaved dogs at this property. However, any damages or additional caused will be charged accordingly and is deemed payable by the guest
Child Friendly
- This is a child friendly property, however we have not provided a travel cot or high chair. Guests are welcome to bring their own.

- Check-in time is after 4pm, and check-out time is before 10am. A ÂŁ30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time, as this will cause disruption to the cleaner's schedule.

Pass the KeysÂź provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
