This beautiful villa is located in a small, peaceful village just 3 km from the romantic old town center of Rovinj and the area's beaches. The house offers an oasis of relaxation thanks to its large fenced garden with a spacious swimming pool.

The villa features three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom with a shower, a guest toilet, and a cozy living room that includes a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. It is ideal accommodation for families or groups of friends.

This beautiful holiday home is perfect for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The property is surrounded by a large fenced garden, ensuring privacy and tranquility. Outside, guests can enjoy a large swimming pool with sun loungers, garden furniture, and a covered terrace, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners.

The interior of the house offers three bedrooms: two with a double bed and one with two single beds. Each bedroom is equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning, and a private bathroom with a shower, providing maximum comfort and convenience. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The spacious living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, which can accommodate two additional guests, and a dining table with eight chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine, making your stay even more enjoyable.

* Pets are not allowed.
* A security deposit of €400 must be paid on the first day and will be refunded on the day of departure if everything is in order.
* Smoking is permitted on the terrace or outdoors, while smoking inside the house is not allowed.

* We kindly ask our guests:
- to respect the neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during the afternoon rest period,
- for safety reasons, to switch off the air conditioning and washing machine when they are not in the accommodation,
- to use the accommodation's equipment with care,
- to empty all bins and wash any used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- to report any damage caused to the owner; after a careful assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
- to inform the owner of the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the handover of the keys.

* The accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the last day of the stay.
