This minimalist three-bedroom apartment with soft neutral colours and
elegant decor creates a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The
contemporary kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher and air
fryer for added convenience and a hassle-free experience during your
getaway. The open-plan lounge and dining area receives natural light
from the modern folding doors, which allow you to immerse yourself in
the spectacular sea views from the outside.
Atlantic Terraces Penthouse offers guests three modern, furnished
bedrooms. The main bedroom with a king-size bed features folding doors
that provide access to the balcony, while the second bedroom comes with
a cosy double bed, and the third has two three-quarter beds with a
landscape view through the window.
Itâs a suitable family-friendly stay that gives a homey setting.
Additionally, it boasts two bathrooms, one featuring a shower, toilet,
basin, and bath, great for unwinding after a long day exploring. The
other bathroom has a shower, basin, and toilet. Linen and towels are
included with your stay.
You can easily open the glass doors that will lead you to a private
oceanfront, which is perfect for sipping your morning coffee or being
lost in thought while enjoying the calming ocean waves crashing.
Additional amenities consist of the laundry room, free Wi-Fi, a
double-parking space, and breathtaking 360° vistas of Bloubergstrandâs
natural charm. This apartment is only a short distance away from

All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the ownerâs/managementâs discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 32 Coral Road, Blouberg, 7441.
