The apartment is equipped with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. Air-conditioned and situated in a peaceful green area, yet still centrally located. Close to the tennis courts where the famous ATP Open Croatia Umag tennis tournament has been held for years, and near the Stella Maris tourist resort.

We offer a cozy apartment located on the second floor of a private house, perfect for families or friends who wish to spend a peaceful holiday surrounded by nature and very close to the sea.

The apartment consists of:

🌿 A bright living room with a sofa bed
🌿 A bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine
🌿 A balcony with a dining table, ideal for outdoor breakfasts and dinners

The kitchen is fully equipped with: oven, electric cooktop, microwave, kettle, extractor hood, and refrigerator with freezer.

Available to our guests:

✅ Barbecue in the garden, shared with the other guests of the house

The house is located only 500 meters from the sea, just a short walk from the well-known Stella Maris tourist complex, where you can enjoy beautiful beaches and services, all within walking distance.

The owner lives on the ground floor and is always happy to assist and advise you to make your stay even more enjoyable.

*Registration fee of €7 per person, payable in cash upon arrival.
*Pets are allowed with a supplement of €10 per pet per day, payable in cash upon arrival.
*Smoking is permitted on the terrace or outdoors, while smoking inside the apartment is not allowed.

*We kindly ask our guests:
- to respect the neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during afternoon rest hours,
- for safety reasons, to switch off the air conditioning when they are not in the accommodation,
- to use the accommodation's equipment with care,
- to empty waste containers and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- to report any damage caused to the owner; after a careful assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
- to inform the owner of the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the key handover.

*The accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the last day of the stay.
