Description: Fully renovated attic on the third floor of a small building. Entrance to a bright living room with sofa, dining table, new kitchenette with induction hob and dishwasher, single bed, bedroom with double bed, and bathroom with shower.
The house is equipped with air conditioning in every room and a washing machine in the hallway.
The price includes:
- rental
- water, electricity, and gas consumption
- 24-hour on-site assistance
- initial and final cleaning
- supply of bed linen and towels for all occupants of the house
