Upon entering the upper floor, guests are greeted by a spacious open-plan living area with a refined contemporary design. The fully equipped modern kitchen connects seamlessly to the stylish living room, featuring a 55-inch smart TV for your entertainment.This level also hosts two elegant bedrooms with king-size beds, one of which includes an en-suite bathroom, along with a separate shared shower/WC.Descending via the internal staircase, the lower level offers a more intimate ambiance with three beautifully appointed double bedrooms, two of them with en-suite shower/wc , ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests.

The villa’s exterior spaces are equally impressive.
