Cozy, quiet apartment 200 meters from the sea with garage

Just 200 metres from the beach is 't Silte, a cosy and modern renovated flat (July 2024) on Koninginnelaan. Thanks to its central location, everything is within easy reach: bakeries, butchers and a small supermarket are within walking distance, so you can enjoy a carefree and relaxing stay by the sea.

The flat can accommodate up to four people (2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults and 1 child) and a baby under two years of age. The second bedroom has a bunk bed and is therefore less suitable for four adults.

Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, combi-oven and Dulce Gusto machine, and a cosy living area with a sitting area and dining table. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed (160 x 200), while the second bedroom has a bunk bed (90 x 200). The modern bathroom is equipped with a toilet, washbasin and a spacious rain shower.

The living area gives access to the 30 m² private terrace, where you can enjoy the sun or eat together in peace and quiet. A high chair is also available, so that even the youngest guests feel at home.

't Silte can be rented in various formats: during July and August by the week (with changeover day on Sunday), for a weekend from Friday to Sunday, or for a midweek from Monday to Friday.

Included are: toilet paper (3 rolls), kitchen roll (2 rolls), bin bags (3 bags) and dishwasher tablets (3 tablets).
What you need to bring: beach towels, your own pillow. (pillows are available*)
