This loft is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table. There's also a private patio with seating areas to lounge and enjoy.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The mezzanine bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The apartment also has two single loft beds.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The L'Olivereta neighborhood offers a quiet, residential, and local atmosphere with excellent connections to Valencia's historic heart. It's an authentic neighborhood where community life blends seamlessly with traditional shops, ideal for those seeking a genuine and relaxed experience.

The area is conveniently located: you'll find all essential services such as supermarkets, medical centers, and the University General Hospital. Green spaces like the nearby Parque del Oeste invite you to relax and enjoy a Valencian afternoon.

Thanks to the Alacant Metro station (or the nearby Bailén and Jesús stations), you're just minutes from the city center. A short journey will take you to the city's key attractions: the Central Market, the Old Town (Ciutat Vella), and the North Station.

L'Olivereta combines residential tranquility with easy access to Valencia's history and vibrant energy.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station Alacant(line 10), is just a 8-minutes walk.

Aeropuerto de Valencia (VLC) airport is an 15-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
