Guests have access to the entire villa, including the roof garden, lake garden, lake sandbank, and three surf and swim beaches located 350-400 yards away. We have a chef, kitchen staff, and housekeepers as well as security. We are fortunate to have caring neighbours and friendly villagers.

Ahangama and Koggala offer fabulous beaches, bars, coffee houses and cafés. They`re noted as being one of the friendliest towns in the south, equally appreciative of Sri Lankans as they are of foreign guests who visit or stay in Sri Lanka. We have railway stations, busses and good Tuk Tuk drivers as car and Tuk hire. On the doorstep is a national airport/air force base, with seaplanes to get you everywhere.

Getting around from our guesthouse is a breeze. Situated on Madol Duwa Road in Ahangama, Southern Province, Sri Lanka, you`ll find local transport options readily accessible. While we don`t have specific public transport schedules, the area is well-connected. If you`re driving, parking is available at the property. This location is ideal for exploring the Southern District, with easy access to Ko Lake for boating and nearby beaches for relaxation. It`s a perfect spot for digital nomads seeking both adventure and tranquility.

Enjoy the stunning lake views and refreshing breeze from our elevated pool deck, situated 10 feet above ground. Please keep a close eye on young children due to the non-childproof banisters. The pool has a deep end of 5`8`, a shallow end of 3`6`, and a wet-deck that is 6` deep. There is no lifeguard on duty, and for your peace of mind, the pool deck is monitored by CCTV.
