Welcome to Kingsway House â a bright and comfortable four-bedroom home in South Manchester, perfect for families, professionals, and small groups. Ideally located close to Didsbury Village, Withington, and with easy access to major routes into the city centre, the property offers both convenience and comfort for a stress-free stay.
We welcome both short- and long-term bookings, with weekly and monthly rates available. Feel free to get in touch â weâd be happy to help.
Located in the heart of South Manchester, this property enjoys a prime position along Kingsway (A34) â one of the cityâs main routes connecting you effortlessly to both the city centre and Manchester Airport.
The area offers a perfect balance of convenience and charm, surrounded by local shops, cafes, and restaurants. Youâre just minutes away from Didsbury Village, known for its lively pub scene, independent eateries, and boutique stores. For groceries and essentials, Tesco, Aldi, and Co-op are all nearby.
Transport connections are excellent â with frequent bus routes along Kingsway providing quick access to Manchester city centre, Stockport, and University campuses. The East Didsbury Metrolink station is also within a short distance, offering an easy ride into the city or out toward the airport.

2. Pets are not allowed.
3. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying and visiting.
4. No parties, loud music or events allowed
5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am
6. Minimum age to book is 22.
