The Space:
The entrance opens into a warm and welcoming sitting room, furnished with velvet sofas, a smart TV, and tasteful décor. A lovely space to relax. Further along, the home opens up into a bright, open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. This is a wonderfully spacious room filled with natural light from the skylight windows and the large glass doors that lead directly onto the garden.

The kitchen is modern, sleek and well-equipped, with high-end appliances, a generous workspace, and everything needed for cooking and entertaining. A large dining table sits beside it. Perfect for family meals, with a lovely garden view. The adjoining living room includes additional comfortable seating space to relax, and contemporary furnishings.

On the first floor, you will find the first bedroom, fitted with a bunk bed of two adult-sized single beds. Adjacent to the room is a modern shared bathroom featuring a bath and a shower. Just two steps up is the wonderfully bright and elegant master bedroom, fitted with a superking bed and ample wardrobe space. This is a modern, spacious room with plush carpets and a lovely, separate dressing room that connects to a large en-suite bathroom featuring marble fittings, twin basins, and a large walk-in shower. There is also a large flat screen television in this room, ideal for downtime in the evenings. A small private balcony also extends from the bedroom, an ideal spot to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine during the warmer months.

The second floor features the third bedroom, with a lovely single built-in bed, a little desk/work space in the corner, and lots of storage.

The top floor includes the fourth elegant and bright bedroom. This room feels like a real retreat. It features a king-sized bed, lovely skylight windows that allow plenty of natural light to seep through, and a modern en-suite bathroom including a bath and a shower.

Throughout the entire home, light, space, and elegance are the defining features. Burnfoot Avenue sits in Munster Village, Fulham, one of London’s most desirable residential pockets. The area has a friendly, village-like feel, offering plenty of independent shops, cafés, and quiet tree-lined streets, yet it is only a short distance from central London.
Bishops Park and the Thames Path are nearby for stunning riverside walks, runs, or picnics, and Parsons Green and Fulham Broadway stations make travel across the city simple. Chelsea, South Kensington, and Hammersmith are all easily accessible.

There is a variety of notable local resturants and cafes. Some excellent local spots include:

-Fulham Broadway (District line) - approximately 12 minutes’ walk from the property.
-Putney Bridge (District line) - also accessible within walking distance.

These stations are all on the District line (Wimbledon branch), giving direct access westwards and eastwards across London.

This area is also well served by numerous bus routes, providing access to other parts of London. We recommend downloading the app CityMapper for the best recommended routes to your destinations.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter.

Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels.

Please note that there are 2 and a half flights of stairs in the property.

If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change.

We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request.

Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm.  Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee.

Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in.  Please enquire for additional information on this when booking.

The lead guest booking the property must be 25+ years old.
