âOur Property:
Newly renovated, 2nd floor, sunny flat in a sought after location.
There is one good size double bedroom with a comfortable Emma mattress. An open-plan living area which includes an Ikea corner sofa which converts into a double bed. The apartment also has a 43âł smart TV with Netflix & live TV, plenty of books & adult games.
Desk for remote working with USB plugs. Fully equipped, modern Kitchen with Washing Machine/Tumble dryer & Coffee Machine. The flat is in the heart of Southsea with a shopping precinct adjacent with high-street shops, a Waitrose supermarket, Tesco express, restaurants & Cafes in every direction. The flat is in a building with full time tenants so guests will need to be mindful of this and keep noise to a minimum when in the flat. A ten minute walk to the Southsea seafront.
Wake up in this bright, 1 double bedroom apartment also with double sofa-bed located right in the heart of Southsea. Itâs a newly renovated and very well-equipped flat, 10 minutes to the Seafront. We are happy to share our recommendations with our guests to enjoy Southsea at its best!

The apartment is located in a sought-after neighbourhood in Southseaâs central core. Youâll find a huge variety of restaurants, cafes and shops at your doorstep.
Most locations are walkable or taxis are plentiful and cheap. We also have Uber. There are frequent buses running nearby. The nearest train station is Fratton which is a 25 min walk, but 4 mins in a taxi.

Check-in is permitted from 4 pm onward, and check-out is scheduled for 10 am.
Requests for late check-outs and early check-ins can be made during the booking process, subject to availability and with a minimal fee.
