This chic apartment is in a great central location on the banks of Brayford Marina. It features a beautiful, stylish, and modern interior with sleek finishes and is conveniently close to the Cathedral in the historic Bailgate area and a short distance from the Castle. Lincoln Centre, which boasts numerous bars, shops and restaurants is a few minutes walk away.
Stepping through the front door of this exquisite one-bedroom flat, you'll find a large master bedroom with en-suite shower room to your left and a cosy open plan living space to your right, a seamless blend of a Lounge, Diner, and Kitchen. This inviting space also features a balcony, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or unwinding in the evening, with views overlooking the Brayford Marina, home to a number of characterful house boats.
Guests have access to the entire property.
The property is personally inspected and managed by Pass the KeysÂź, a professional short-let property management company.
Offering a hotel-like experience, Pass the Keys has an industry-leading high cleaning standard. All properties benefit from having hotel-grade linens and all the home comforts you probably expect (like shampoo, soap, hair dryer, iron etc.).
If you do need some assistance before or during your stay, the property manager is local to the property and the guest support team is available 24/7. We look forward to welcoming you!
Parties are strictly prohibited, and a fee of ÂŁ250 will be imposed if any house rules are violated.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
