Ananke Suite is part of a distinctive complex in the heart of Vothonas village, where whitewashed houses and cave dwellings carved into the volcanic rock create one of Santorini’s most atmospheric settings. This newly restored collection of cave suites brings to life the island’s rich history while embracing a refined aesthetic of luxurious minimalism and Cycladic charm. Once used as a traditional “patitiri,” where grapes were pressed for winemaking, the site has been transformed into a serene sanctuary, blending tradition with contemporary elegance and comfort.



The Ananke Suite is designed for those who wish to immerse themselves in Santorini’s unique character while enjoying modern indulgence. Earthy tones, tactile natural materials, and soft lines create an immediate sense of relaxation. The suite features a spacious living area, one separate bedroom, and two bathrooms, all styled with Cycladic simplicity. An indoor jacuzzi provides the highlight of the experience, offering the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the island. Outside, a private terrace invites guests to unwind, enjoy moments of peace, and soak in the tranquil atmosphere.



The suite is fully equipped with modern amenities, including air conditioning, soundproofing, flat-screen television, refrigerator, coffee machine, electric kettle, and dining area. Two bathrooms are provided, complete with showers, complimentary toiletries, hairdryer, slippers, and fresh towels. A sofa bed offers additional flexibility for guests.
