This beautifully appointed villa measures 70 square metres and is ideal for families or small groups of friends, accommodating up to four to five guests. Inside, Villa Persephone offers one master bedroom with a large double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, as well as two bathrooms finished with modern fittings and equipped with showers, complimentary toiletries, and hairdryers. The villa’s private entrance, soundproof walls, and air-conditioned interiors ensure complete comfort and privacy throughout your stay.



The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for home-style dining, including a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, and electric kettle, while the open-plan living and dining area creates a welcoming atmosphere for gatherings.
