- No parties or unregistered guests
- Quiet hours from 10 PM to 6 AM

Booking Policy:
- Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file.
- If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy:
- Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival.
- 50% refund if cancelled 14–30 days before arrival.
- No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.

Damage Deposit:
- A damage deposit of £100 will be pre-authorised on your card two days before check-in. Fully refundable post-stay.
