Book your authentic Valletta experience in this cozy maisonette, with easy self check-in and a dedicated support team at your service. Relax in the master bedroom at the dedicated seating area and look out on street from the Maltese balcony. Prepare your breakfast and lunch in the stylish kitchen and enjoy the beauty of Valletta by day and night.
The accommodation is fully equipped and we provide all the necessary essentials for your convenience. Managed by MINK Homes, our dedicated team is available 24/7 to provide you with any assistance or information you may need during your stay. Our self check-in procedure makes your arrival and departure hassle-free.
Please note that the maisonette (small house) has stairs to reach the kitchen and bedroom and is therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Also note that the basement has low beams and especially the shower area has a very low ceiling. Tall persons cannot stand up in the shower but we have placed a comfy bench. Families with kids need to pay special attention to their kids as there are no baby gates in the staircases.
The maisonette has a private entrance from the street leading to a living area with a tv and free tv channels and a bed sofa with built-in mattress (140 x 190 cm) that sleeps 2 persons. The window has black-out shutters. The living area has a staircase going down to the kitchen and bathroom and a staircase going up to the master bedroom with additional seating area.
The kitchen and bathroom are at basement level with ample ventilation and an installed dehumidifier that works daily on a timer for optimal air quality. The kitchen is equipped with a small fridge (81 Litres) which has a small freezer compartment, an electric hob with 4 cookers, an electric built-in oven and a microwave. Other kitchen utensils, pots, pans, plates, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, kitchen knives etc are also available. The kitchen is further equipped with a washing machine, iron and iron board, a clothes drying rack and cleaning products and materials.
The bathroom is also at basement level and has a separate electric ventilation installed.
Going up the stairs from the entrance level leads to the master bedroom with an extra seating area and an authentic Maltese balcony. The room has a mounted AC installed for cooling, heating and drying of the room and black-out curtains. The bed has a queen size mattress (160 x 200 cm).
The maisonette has additional heaters and fans.
The beds have mattress protectors, fitted sheets and flat sheets and king size duvets with duvet covers for the winter months. Each guests will also get a bath towel and a face towel.

For after office hours assistance we offer an emergency number. Upon booking we send a booking confirmation with further check-in instructions and refer to our official website for Malta tourist related events and information.

For security reasons and upon the cleaning staff` own request, it is not possible to check-in or leave luggage before the cleaning staff is ready. As soon as the cleaning staff is ready they will notify us by which we can send you the code for the keybox to check-in. For this reason we cannot guarantee that you can check-in before 4PM and we will only know if it is possible on the actual day of your check-in. If you would like to leave your luggage we recommend that you book a luggage storage space online.

For after office hours assistance we offer an emergency number. Official check-out is latest 10AM. Our cleaning staff schedule their appointments on the check-out day at 10AM regardless of whether new guests arrive on the same day or not. Therefore, we cannot allow guests to stay longer than 10AM nor to leave luggage. If you`re planning on leaving earlier we would appreciate it a lot if you can communicate this to us so the cleaning can be scheduled at an earlier hour.
Please note that there are a number of luggage storage terminals in Malta where you can store luggage in the event that you wish to store your luggage before check-in time or after check-out. Storage in the property after check-out is not possible. We offer practical information such as where to find the luggage storage terminals, how to get to the apartment via different modes of transport, nearby shops with opening hours etc. upon booking confirmation.
Each guest is given a clean set of a shower towel and face towel and bedlinen. Please note that we do not iron the laundry. In the winter months guests are provided with duvets and duvet covers.
The property will be stocked with:
- 2 toilet rolls per toilet
- 1 bottle of Washing liquid for dishes
- 1 kitchen sponge
- 1 kitchen cloth
- 2 tablets for dishwasher
- washing liquid for the washing machine
- 1 bottle of hand soap per bathroom
- 1 bottle of shampoo/body soap per bathroom
House Rules for Short Let Guests
Please take notice of our house rules to safeguard the wellbeing of the property and the neighborhood. We do not intend to issue fines and our aim is to guide you and make every rule and regulation as clear as possible to avoid misunderstandings.
âą No Parties & Noise: Keep voices low in common areas. Loud guests will be warned first; repeated noise will incur fines and possible lease termination and eviction. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM.
âą No Smoking: Smoking inside the property or common areas is prohibited. Ignoring this results in a âŹ200 fine.
âą Registered Guests Only: All guests must be registered online. No unregistered guests are allowed, and bringing them in may end your stay immediately and incur a âŹ200 fine.
âą No Pets: Pets are not allowed. Bringing one may lead to immediate lease termination, eviction and fines.
âą Garbage: Separate waste and follow collection schedules. Improper disposal can result in a âŹ150 fine per bag. Garbage can be left inside if you`re unsure which we will take care of upon checkout.
âą Donât move furniture: Other than chairs, do not move furniture. This can cause damage to the floors and furniture and, cause a noise disturbance to the neighbors
âą Take care of keys; losing them costs âŹ25 plus key replacement.
âą Check-Out Time: Please leave by 10 AM. Late departures cost âŹ75/hour and could delay the next guestsâ arrival. If the cleaning staff cannot prepare the property in time due to your delayed checkout, potential cancellations and/or reimbursement costs will be invoiced to you.
âą Take care of the property and linen/towels: Donât stain the towels and bedlinen. Shower before using them to avoid leaving stains from lotions and sunscreen. Any damages will be reported and invoiced.
