The apartment boasts a modern, well-equipped kitchen with all the amenities you'll need including a stove, oven, fridge, freezer, water kettle, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kitchen utensils and coffee machine. The living area is thoughtfully designed with a sofa, flat-screen TV and dining table, ensuring comfort and entertainment during your stay. Available two bathrooms, first one with a shower and second with a bathtub. There is also a washing machine, hair dryer and toiletries.
Step out onto the private balcony or patio and enjoy the stunning sea and garden views. The outdoor space is perfect for relaxation, with garden furniture and a barbecue area ideal for a fresco dining. The property features a fenced plot, providing privacy and security.
Located just a stone's throw from the rock beach (Beach Punta), this apartment offers an ideal base for exploring the beautiful Croatian coastline. Conveniently, you'll find a restaurant and coffee shop within walking distance, while Zadar old town, airport, and other attractions are easily accessible.
