A private 3.5-acre family retreat in Norfolk, newly renovated in 2025 and designed for slow mornings, long meals, celebrations and memory-making.

Behind the gates, Fellows Yard feels like your own small world: an architect-led renovation of a historic Norfolk home with stylish interiors, generous social spaces and outdoor living genuinely set up for hospitality.

There’s a hot tub, outdoor cinema screen, pizza oven, BBQ, fire-pit, greenhouse for afternoon tea, and plenty of room for children to roam and play. Beyond the house, guests can enjoy a dedicated art room for creative afternoons, a charming Edwardian railway carriage for quiet moments and sunset drinks, and the atmosphere of a flower-farm setting woven through the wider grounds. Add the yurt and quirky converted Mootel milk floats for children, and this becomes much more than a holiday house — it’s a stay with stories built in.

Group of 11 ladies stayed here and we all absolutely loved it, had everything we needed for a chilled hen weekend. The host was lovely and so accommodating with anything we asked and went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be!

From start to finish, we cannot fault anything. Liaising with Carl from the initial booking to checking out was seamless. The house and grounds are stunning with so much on offer. This is truly a home from home. It was very clean and tidy, very relaxing. We would highly recommend and cannot wait to go back.

Fellows Yard was truly an amazing experience. 10 of us stayed there over Christmas and it was so much fun for everyone aged between 3-70.It is a great space for a large number of people as there are lots of different seating areas so you aren’t on top of each other the whole time. All the fixtures and fittings are done to a high standard, and nothing has been spared - Quooker tap, underfloor heating, robotic hoovers, two ovens, portable speakers to take around the grounds to name a few. The outdoor pizza restaurant is a great addition - we brought down our own dough and cooked them in no time with the gas Gozney pizza oven.There is also a dual fuel bbq which we used for another dinner time. It’s right outside the kitchen doors so makes for an easy dinner.The hot tub was enjoyed by all ages. It’s wood fired & does take a while to heat up but that didn’t bother us. There is also a projector which can be used to watch films or listen to music which was so much fun. And a bonus of having no neighbours close by
you can enjoy the music on loud! plenty of towel gowns are provided. Next to the hot tub is a ‘pub’ - another fun seating area with a foosball table. Close to this area is also a good sized children’s climbing frame. A walk along Holkham beach is a must! Carl, the owner was a great help answering any queries and providing local information. Thanks for having us and making our Christmas amazing and we wouldn’t hesitate staying again!
