- Unfortunately our home is not suitable for hen & stag parties or any loud gatherings. We prioritise a peaceful and comfortable environment for all guests and our neighbours.

- Our home is spread out over three floors and stairs must be climbed to access the kitchen/living/dining area. Please consider this if this is a concern.
â Pets
- Unfortunately, we do not accommodate pets at this property with exception to service animals.
