Lakefront récemment rénové. Téléviseur à écran plat avec câble dans chaque chambre. Rollaway Queen Couch dans la salle de télévision. Buanderie, ordinateur intégré. Nouveau spa avec Blue-Tooth et Sub-Woofer. Central Air. Lave-vaisselle, grand réfrigérateur, grill, meubles de patio avec parasol. Foyer. Dockage pour 1 bateau, parfois deux. La location est pour la maison et l'utilisation du terrain. Meilleur lac de pêche sur la chaîne inférieure. Connu pour le poisson pan mais beaucoup de Largemouth, certains Smallmouth, Walleye et Northern Pike. Malheureusement, la consommation de poisson de la chaîne de lacs de la rivière Huron est désormais interdite en raison de la contamination chimique détectée en amont. On me dit que ce sera à long terme mais nous verrons.

Maximum Parking is 2 cars or a car and a trailer. Sometimes we can rearrange things to get in 2 cars and a trailer but it is a very tight driveway.

I have to reiterate that this is a family friendly atmosphere and total occupancy, including visitors is not to exceed 8 people. Parking very tight.

The house is like a TARDIS! I mean this in the best way - it looks small on the outside, but once you get inside there is ample space for 5 folks, comfortably. We loved our stay and hope to be back next summer.

Very dirty! So bad we went out and bought sheets and towels set. Had problems with the door handle falling off. If you plan on staying here you will need to clean!

Hot Tub Star attraction

A peaceful stay. Ant issue inside; ants were everywhere. Anything placed on the counter top or counters with the stools was covered in ants; clothes, swim gear, food, water bottles, etc. We also had issue getting blocked in/out by property manager visitors.

Absolutely amazing

Exactly as promised! This was the cutest cottage I have ever seen and with a family of 5 we all fit perfectly the kids had their own space and we had privacy down stairs with an amazing view of the lake! The boys loved the hot tub and the owner showed us how to use it and was so welcoming and helpful! It was the best rental experience I’ve ever had!

Great budget friendly place to stay. Host was very kind and friendly. Centrally located so the location worked great for us. We were also able to pull our boat up to the dock and enjoy the lakes and their two kayaks. We had a very nice stay.

Graduation

Was looking for something close to Ann Arbor, but in a quiet area. The home was in perfect location for myself and family who were in town for University of Michigan graduation. It was so peaceful on the lake with beautiful lake views! The home was clean, tidy and had all the amenities needed for a nice getaway. My family would highly recommend this home.

Wonderful little gem!

Lovely little place! Very unique location. Right off the road, but still feels tucked away. Very welcoming! The house was clean and fresh upon arrival, and the hot tub was warm and bubbling. Bright and airy with plenty of amenities. We immediately felt at home. Gorgeous lake view from the master bedroom! The owner is very pleasant to work with. He reached out a couple times to make sure we had everything we needed, and to make himself available if we had any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return this summer!

Perfect for the two of us

We decided last minute to get a house vs a hotel. We were unable to book day of so reached out to the host (who was amazing). He also couldn’t get us booked through app for day of but easily accommodated us. The stairs are a little narrow and steep but easily manageable. Traffic can be a little loud at times and the road not always easy to navigate but we’d still stay there again. Waking up to the view off the master made those cold mornings worth it. Would like to hopefully make our next visit in warmer months.

Right for us

We needed to be close to family for a wedding, but not "in the way". It was so nice to return to a warm, quiet little cottage at the end of the day.

A little traffic noise being along the road but we ran a fan and that’s all we heard. Would like to visit in the summer to enjoy the lake.

As Expected

It was perfect for what we needed, but it could use a good, very thorough cleaning. Lots of cobwebs in corners. Loved the addition of the hot tub. Living room tv works, but you can tell something is broken with the picture; very dark and very blue. Host is very friendly. He lives right next door and came over as soon he saw us and showed us how to the work the hot tub. One of those shower heads from Amazon that amps up the water pressure would be nice as well as at least one full length mirror.

Cute cottage

We were in town for a football game and the cottage was exactly what was advertised. Kurt was great to work with. The house was very clean and had everything we could ever need and the view of the lake was beautiful!!!

Lovely Stay on the Lake

The little cottage was perfect for our family of 4! The kids especially enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit for s’mores. The adults enjoyed our morning coffee with a beautiful view of the lake. We also appreciated the washer and dryer. We had a small issue with the blinds one day and Kurt happened to be outside and we asked him about it and he couldn’t have been nicer in helping us fix it. We’d highly recommend staying here!

Nice lake house

The house was perfect for our needs. We did not take advantage of the hot tub or lake equipment since our stay was quite short, but it was great that they were available. Kurt was great! He made sure to check in with us to make sure we had a smooth check in. Thank you!

Relaxing cottage

Second stay and we had a very relaxing stay. Great fishing spot for pan fish and relaxing in the water. Everything we needed for a long weekend.

Great cottage

This is our third year staying here and we love it. Kurt is great and so helpful, we love talking with him. It is the perfect place for our family, we bring our boat, and have an absolutely amazing time. The two bedrooms and half bath upstairs are perfect for the kids, and you can't beat waking up with a view of the lake. We can't wait until next year!

Great Base for Water Sports

Was a great base for a fishing trip for 2 people. Easy access to lakes and rivers, and great fishing nearby. Enough space not to feel cramped and plenty to do nearby.
