Tucked away in vibrant Peckham, this modern flat is the perfect retreat for two guests looking for a stylish and comfortable stay in one of Londonâs most exciting neighbourhoods. With central London less than fifteen minutes away â just a short four-minute walk to Queens Road Peckham station followed by an eight-minute train ride to London Bridge â the location offers both convenience and character. With thoughtful design and a private balcony, itâs a welcoming space that feels like a true home away from home.
The apartment offers one spacious bedroom with a luxurious king-sized bed, along with a sleek bathroom featuring a bath and shower combination. Situated on the third floor, the flat is bright and peaceful, giving you a cosy base to return to after exploring the city.
The living area is designed with comfort in mind, complete with a sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed for extra flexibility. There is also a dining area with a sturdy table and comfortable chairs, making it a perfect spot to work remotely while enjoying natural light and a view out of the window. The fully integrated kitchen includes all the modern appliances and conveniences you need for a stress-free stay, while the décor throughout the flat is stylish and contemporary. Step out onto the private balcony for a moment of calm, with space to enjoy fresh air above the lively streets below.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.
Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.

With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of ÂŁ40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of ÂŁ60 would apply from 7pm onwards.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
We suggest, in order to avoid any charges, to check and report any damages or faulty items and appliances by contacting us on guest @ cityrelay com
