Cozy summer house by Høve Strand

Discover Odsherred and Høve Strand – a unique natural area by Sejerø Bay with wide, child-friendly sandy beaches, peaceful forests, and charming villages. Høve Strand offers gentle dunes, great swimming, and lovely hiking and cycling trails, perfect for relaxation and outdoor activities. The area is known for its beautiful nature and abundant wildlife, including frequent visits by curious deer in the large garden of the summer house. The calm waters of Sejerø Bay invite kayaking, windsurfing, and fishing.



The location is ideal with only about 1 hour’s drive to Copenhagen, 40 minutes to Roskilde, and 2.5 hours to Aarhus (including ferry), making it easy to combine peaceful nature holidays with day trips to attractions like Sommerland Sjælland, Sagnlandet Lejre, Andelslandsbyen Nyvang, the Viking Ship Museum, and many city attractions. In summer, the Vig flea markets on Wednesdays and Saturdays offer great bargains.



Solhi is a charming, personally decorated wooden summer house with WiFi, a large app 1000 sqm garden, and several terraces offering sun and shade. The interior combines original details with modern conveniences. The heat pump installed in 2025 provides a good indoor climate and low electricity costs.]



The house features a spacious living room with vaulted ceiling, wood stove, and dining area for 6. Three bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements for for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children under 150 cm. The bathroom and the kitchen will be renovated in January 2026, pictures will follow.



The large garden and small children’s annex provide space for play, relaxation, and extra sleeping. Children can enjoy toys, board games, and books in Danish and German.



Solhi is a strictly non-smoking house with free parking, fire pit, grill, high chair, travel cot (on request), radio and TV where you can log into your own streaming apps
