🍳 Kitchen: Fully equipped with a Bosch oven, gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and all cookware essentials. Great for preparing anything from breakfast to dinner.

đŸ›‹ïž Living/Dining: Bright open-plan layout with a comfortable L-shaped sofa, large TV, and a dining table for 4 guests. Natural light floods through the full-height windows.

☕ Tea, coffee, sugar and basic condiments provided to start your stay off right. However, please note, that as it's a self-serviced apartment, the guests are expected to bring their own supplies. We will only provide travel size packs that should last the guests the first day or so.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment during their stay. The flat is located on a secure floor with lift access and an intercom system. Self check-in details will be provided before your arrival for a smooth entry process.
STRICTLY NO PARTIES OR LOUD NOISES.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a fee of a minimum of ÂŁ300.

There will be some complimentary tea and instant coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll which will last a couple of days. If you wish to purchase more for your stay there are a number of supermarkets and shops nearby. Please make sure to bring your own if you run out during your stay.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (4 PM).

Pass the KeysÂź provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
The local community-based team of Pass the Keys¼ personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys¼’s Property Readiness Standard.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
