I stayed in this Easton St apartment for 5 nights. The apartment itself was very clean, well equipped and a good location. However my experience was not good. When I arrived, the apartment was 9 degrees Celsius! It was late, I was tired and it was very cold outside. After doing some investigating and many attempts to contact someone I realized that the boiler was not working so there was no heat and no hot water. I did get a maintenence person on WhatsApp who tried to help me reset the boiler but it didn't work and nobody was available to come that day. Luckily there were space heaters and extrra blankets. The maintenence people came twice during my stay to try to fix it but it never worked. I was busy with family issues so I didnt take time to find somewhere else to stay. The issue was never resolved, I never had hot water or heat, I was never offered compensation of any kind and I talked to a different person every time I actually communicated with someone. Also, some minor issues, the alley to the small parking area is very narrow and not lit, so be careful and there is no light above the lock boxes to get your key so have a flashlight ready if you arrive after dark. Again, the apartment itself is very nice, comfortable bed, very clean, great location but the personal support in case something happens is terrible.
